Job Opening: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:
As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of our office—handling a variety of administrative tasks, communicating with team members and clients, and keeping everything organized and efficient. Key Responsibilities:

Position Summary:
The Payroll Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process weekly payroll for field and office employees
  • Maintain employee time records and verify hours worked
  • Calculate wages, deductions, bonuses, and overtime
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Prepare and distribute paychecks and direct deposit statements
  • Maintain payroll records and respond to payroll-related inquiries
  • Coordinate with HR and accounting teams on payroll matters

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and motived plumbing foreman to lead and oversee plumbing crews on commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive plumbing experience, strong leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. As a foreman, you will coordinate daily job site activities, manage crew performance and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, to code and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We are looking for foreman who has experience managing a project daily operations with a crew of 2 or more plumbers. Foreman must also have experience plumbing in all types of materials, such as plastic, cast iron, sch 40 gas pipe, poly gas pipe, pro-press, pex, copper, etc.
  • 80% of the work will be on commercial projects and 20% on large custom homes in the Greater Sacramento Area
  • Foreman are working plumber with a 2-6 person crew with a variety of journeyman, apprentices and laborers.
  • There is also a Project Manager assigned to the project that is there to assist with the communication from the field to the office.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years of Experience working on commercial and residential projects
  • OSHA 30 training is encouraged. We will be provided if not already certified!
  • PHCC or ABC NorCal Apprentice graduates are encouraged to apply!

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of plumbing systems in residential and commercial construction projects and be able to install, maintain, and repair piping systems with minimal supervision. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship. The Journeyman Plumber will work closely with foremen, apprentices, and other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and according to specifications.
